Started as a family business back in 2004, it is an extremely harmonious and pleasant location, surrounded by hills, forests and vast gardens, where the water and air are among the purest in Europe.

Our trout are grown to organic standards according to the lastest european regulations, from eggs we harvest and brood hatched here. Our basins catch water directly from the foot of Mount Ciucaș in the ,,Urlătoarea Mare” stream.
